How to Order

The best way to put an order is visit us at 9:15 am to 5pm.  You will able to see samples of shirts if the styles is in our sample range, 100 pcs of Polos and shirts. Our experience and friendly staffs are ready to assist you.

How to Order?

Step 1:
Choose your product through our catalogues. You can visit our supplier’s websites directly to see the different product options available

Alternatively, email us sales@dynastypromo.com.au your corporate requirement. Our staff will assist you with finding the right garments for your company

Step 2:
-    Attach the product/style code (found on our suppliers website) and the desired quantity
-    Tell us what decoration you need (Embroidery, digital print etc)
-    Send us your logo by email at sales@dynastypromo.com.au

Step 3:

After you get a quote and are happy to proceed, you can officially submit your order by sending us your purchase order

In the purchase order, the following information needs to be included:

1-    Product /Style Code
2-    Product Colour
3-    Size
4-    Quantity

For instructions on how to measure correct sizing, please visit the sizing guide.  If you require sample, please check with us for availability. We have over 100 styles in store. However, if the style you are required is not in store, extra fee might apply. Please contact us for our sample policy.

It is important to view our terms and conditions before you put the order.  

4.  Artwork approval request will be email to you around 1- 3 working days. Once approved it will be schedule to apply required decoration.

·         Once you confirm your order, and paid (unless trading account established with us), an image of digitized artwork (image of actual size in embroidery) / screen printing (image) will be email to you before we decorate them. You will need to approve it before we embroider. 

·       Size, Position information will be included in the email. We will normally suggest a size unless you have decided a size. We will try our best to set the colour close to the end product colour, however, we cant guarantee exact colour. If you are concern, you can request a physical sample at extra cost, or pop in our store to choose a thread colour. To help us to get the closest colour, please provide PMS colour code. We will match the closest colour using our available thread, which is around 200 colours. However, we cant guarantee exact colour matching for all the decoration including screen printing and heat transfer.

·         Basic edits to the design can be made (i.e change of colour, increase in size, omission of text), however any edits or changes to the design will incur an edit fee, or a set up fee for a new design entirely.

·        Artwork approvals are required in writing.

Time frame after artwork approved, and payment received

·         For plain stock normally can be dispatch same day – 3 days depends on stock availability.

·         Normal decorated time frame: around 7-14 working days. 

·       Urgent order with embroidery: Please let us know your deadline, we will try our best to meet it.
